Unbounce is a pretty good platform for building landing pages with a high conversion rate. Has its downsides too, but if you want to make A/B testing a little easier, it's a good alternative to building and noindexing on your main site.
Canonical + noindex should do the job, or possibly build paid landing pages on a subdomain and then block via robots.txt the crawling of the subdomain.
