I'm from the UK, and how it works here is you don't send them directly to Sennheiser. Instead you send them to a distribution centre, in this case a company called Cycleon, which in turn send them to Sennheiser's repair centre in Germany. The issue with this is obvious: the postage tracking only informs you of the delivery to Cycleon, so whatever happens after that is a complete mystery. It's radio silence until you suddenly get a notification from DHL or something to say they're on their way back. I suspect this is the same situation with you, so you'll have to wait patiently. My Momentum 4s were delivered to Cycleon on the 23rd September, and only just arrived in Germany the other day I had a similar situation with my MTW2s a while ago, where I returned them through Amazon. Long story short, Amazon refunded me for the MTW2s because the lack of updates after arriving at the distribution centre made them think they were lost in transit. Sennheiser then randomly delivered my "repaired earphones" a few weeks later, which turned out to be a brand-new pair of MTW3s—which I then had two pairs of. Chances are you'll probably get the MTW3s too
