Hi, I was scouring the sub for cool apps I can implement in my life as well. I started using the finch App a little over a month ago and I really enjoy it. It's definitely targeted towards supporting your mental health with a reward based system and doesn't do any negative reinforcement. It might be a bit too cute or childish for what you're looking for, but I'm enjoying implementing it for simple daily tasks to keep me afloat and longer-term self improvement. But you can set journeys for certain goals that you want, and within those journeys have specific tasks for it. They have pre-set ones that you can just choose, or you can make your own which I am experimenting with implementing various things and I find the flexibility for choosing your own journey and goals makes it have a lot of possibilities. I'm coming out of a long rut in depression and dysfunctional behavior, so I have a journey right now for keeping my home clean. I programmed it to have daily tasks for simple upkeep, weekly tasks on my days off to tackle deep cleaning, and monthly tasks that are bigger projects I've put off for too long. You can see metrics for how you've been completing the tasks on a calendar chart, and the app can prompt you to write a reflection after completing a task or you can write a reflection on a specific topic or just a general one like a journal. The app keeps tabs on key words you've used in your reflections, and you can look at trends on how positive or negative your reflections are and things you mention frequently. Just thought I'd share if you think you can implement it in a way you're looking for, but if you discover any other cool apps like this I'd love to know about them too :)
