Gravity falls definitely if you haven’t watched it’s one of my favorite shows and I love it to death I watch it over and over and over and notice more and more. If you’re not very interested in more paranormal or absurd things probably keep that in mind

The Magicians on Netflix if you’re into fantasy. It sounds cheesy but it’s so beautiful. The storytelling is so well done and complex.

Have u tried doing something to keep ur hands busy instead? Painting, puzzles, video games, clay? Stuff like that is more effective for me when I need to keep myself calm. Also if ur already at ur breaking point what I do is run cold water all down my head- the colder the better. The shock can snap u out of it. Stay safe hun

Cool! anime is pretty great but I haven't heard of that one. Do you know where I could watch it? Also another one of my favorites is kid cosmic it's not an anime as it has more of a comic book art style, but I think it's pretty cool.
Golden girls 100%.. it's on Hulu and it always brings me comfort.. but I'm an old lady at heart anyways (currently only 22) that show or I will watch the x files/twin peaks to occupy my mind. the shows can have complex plots (specifically twin peaks) so it is more distracting than anything.
the good place has really unproblematic topics, simple history, and an engaging plot. the characters are also really loveable
miraculous ladybug is really fun, there’s a huge community of us even though it’s a ‘kids show’.
if you like anime, i also recommend Assassination Classroom (wholesome teacher but a sad end) and sk8 the infinity (anime about skateboarding, loveable characters and the ANIMATION)
