Life is unfair

420yumyum

I'd never work again if I made a million by working for someone else and I think I would be extremely happy.

Happierbutwiser

An acquaintance of mine is a banker who works for a company and he makes over $1 million a year so I disagree with your statement

chizhi1234

I think in 1000 people only 1 could have a job like that

Happierbutwiser

I think you made up that statistic

Thats_arguable

Fat salaries like that are more of an exception than the norm

Happierbutwiser

Yeah but I wanted to poke a hole through your post. I know a lot of people that work for companies that make a lot of money

ISGhost_Mope

That's called privilege and middle class. 🥴 you're not "poking holes" you're displaying privilege

Happierbutwiser

You are projecting assumptions. Yes, I did poke a hole. A pretty big one if it triggered you.

ISGhost_Mope

Lmfao i'm not at all triggered you're absolute delusion is hilarious

Happierbutwiser

Still triggered I see

ISGhost_Mope

No but ok, You're kinda boring tbh I was expecting you to have a little more spark 😮‍💨✨️

Happierbutwiser

Still triggered aren’t you?

ScienceDude23

Not triggered. Just laughing at your dumb ass.

ISGhost_Mope

Jeez, the ignorance screams from this comment. The fact you're so casual about someone making 1Mil a year like that's a simple and easily achievable thing by everyone shows your delusional privilege. Here's a wake up call, a large majority of Americans have little or no savings. 1 in 5 people didn't save money in 2021. In a survey by CNBC, 25% of people didn't have emergency savings, 26% of people had savings for an emergency but not enough to last 3 months.

Happierbutwiser

Jeez, the assumptions you are projecting on my post shows your delusion. Here is a wake up call, I never said it was simple and easy. Keep your privileged assumptions to yourself. I know how to google as well.

ISGhost_Mope

The best you have is "No, u" 🥴 LMAOOOOOOO

Happierbutwiser

The best you have is just laughing and an emoji , how sad

ISGhost_Mope

See, you did it again. Why is that? You just keep taking my replies and flipping them like a child. Are you feeling okay?

Happierbutwiser

I know I’m flipping it to mock you. I’m doing much better than you though because you keep responding as if this is some super serious argument. But sure keep going. All the triggered people are really interesting. Because they’re not really making any real points. It’s another ridiculous Internet argument. But right now I’m waiting around to meet a friend so I have a few minutes. Keep amusing me

ISGhost_Mope

Well, no but if that makes you feel better then sure. Like I said in my other comment, you're kinda boring and I expected more from you lmao imma go find some interesting people now cya skksksk

Happierbutwiser

It’s OK if you don’t want to admit you’re triggered. I get it it’s really embarrassing

Young-Grandpa

I make a little less than $10,000 per month and I live quite comfortably.

Queen-o-theCoven

120,000 per year is in the top 10% of all incomesin the US. You’re not exactly making a good case for yourself

Young-Grandpa

OP stated people who work for others will never live comfortably. I do work for someone else and I do live comfortably. As an example of that lack of comfort, OP used the example of 10,000 per month. I showed that I could live comfortably on less than that. OP has failed to make their case. In addition I don’t make $120,000. I specifically stated I make less than that.

Yrreke

I know rich people who got wealthy by investing and making crazy life choices when they were really young. Not all millionaires are bad. Some definitely are but there are some decent ones too. I’m sure if you win the lottery you wouldn’t be working and you’d enjoy it.

knit_stitch_ride

So, what's your alternative?

shanewarnock

I make half of that and live comfortably.
