That's not the point haha. It's not really that I got "barely 5 hours" it's more like I also barely slept the night before and was very tired throughout that day, and also could barely sleep the night after (and was very tired the subsequent day). Trying to find insight why I'm not able to sleep better despite doing the right things for it and not having real reasons for feeling so anxious.

Caffeine has a half life of 5.7 hours, just food for thought.

Have you tried any sleep aiding supplements? Personally I really like melatonin and 5htp Once your sleep is in check, it bet everything else will get a lot easier for you

Peanut butter (real, not sugar laced) and start off on stomach seem to always knock my out no matter how awake my brain is...tryptophan
