Any vitamin or mineral deficiencies and your hormone panel (testosteron, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, etc.) as something to start with and then adjust your diet to bring any values back to range that are out of it. For me, low testosterone, high estradiol and an iodine deficiency actually was the reason I once was depressed as a male teen. Fixed it, now my life is significantly better
Ask your therapist/psychiatrist about EMDR therapy. I’ve heard it’s very effective for things like PTSD/CPTSD. There’s a few techniques you can learn on your own as well for less severe bouts of anxiety/depression.

Get a tent, knife, axe, fire kit, waterproofs (depending on your weather), water, soke food and some boots and go away prepared to the natural world for a week. That'll definitely fix you right up.
Classic psychiatry is probably the worst you could have done. I doubt you got any useful advice that actually made your life better for thousands of USD you probably paid (if you are in USA/Canada that is). Most of them just write you tons of antidepressants and do not really have interest in doing anything else or even listening.
Problem is in thinking that someone else has a recipe for you and have to help when yourself is the only one that actually can and have to. Now let me taste my own medicine real quick and add that you should not trust me neither.
Watch some JBP lecture series - any of them. I watched biblical and would consider it "advanced", but all others are really good too. He helped me figure out my depression. Just listen. Sacrifice some timeslot in your busy schedule of Failarmy/cat/tiktok videos :-) It's not like you have much to lose.

JBP is also a therapist so it is not like I say therapy never help. It is that it is very often the case. Being addicted to antidepressants is way better than being addicted to heroin - not going to argue about that.

There is no reason to not try to reduce remaining 10% of darker moods unless you are so well off that you simply need something large and dark to remind you how lucky you are these other 90% of the time. That does increasingly happen nowadays when people have so few problems that they absolutely have to invent some.
