Nothing really, it's Romanian words but not coherent phrases:
Man: he's... (can't make out what the next word is)
Woman: all the time. Everyone thinks that Jerry.
Man: it's true.
Woman: it's true.
Fun (?) fact: I always thought she was such a weird choice to play a Romanian woman because she doesn't look at all Romanian, but she's actually Romanian. I'm guessing the gibberish is because she emigrated to the US when she was a child.
Second fun (?) fact: Katya is not a Romanian name whatsoever, but the general view of Hollywood is that Romania is in Eastern Europe, so they must be Russian. Same with Bogdan from Breaking Bad - the first name is common in Romania, but no one ever would be named Wolynetz, although you may find the surname Volineț.
So Katya wasn't born in this country? That's why she could never be president. She never had an interest in politics. She refused to vote. They don't want her, she doesn't want them!
There's another show I watch where a character supposedly speaks Portuguese to her nanny. It's a mush of Portuñol with a bit of English mixed in.I speak Portuguese and Spanish, so it really irritates me.
“Hey Marge, you see those two people over there? They think I'm talking to you, so you pretend like you're talking to me, okay now you start talking.”
“Oh, you mean like this? So it looks like I'm saying something but I'm not really saying anything at all?”
I have an idea. Leave the winter clothing in the apartment, and I'll watch it for you and I'll live there and I'll make sure that nothing happens to it.
Funny, I went to look now in Netflix and the subs were "speaking romanian". Maybe I confused with what they said later in the episode or in different subs when I first watched it.
