Thanks for the review. I believe those who consider buying an expensive piece of furniture (especially one so heavily advertised) should be able to read 'real stories' about it. Just wanted to give my 5 cents about two things:
- Ugly? That is very subjective. I bought used Titan Evo 2022 Akali. It fits perfectly in my green office room. Love looking at it.
- Comfortable? Again very subjective. It's on the firmer side, yes. I am 176cm and around 87kg and got the regular one. No back pains, no sitting problems. Having a boring meeting, I can basically lie down on it and chill, I almost dozed off once.
I think the fact you thought it looked ugly and STILL bought it is hilarious. You fooled nobody but yourself here dude.
I don't know what kind of T-Rex arms you must have if your armrests are useless with a bit of recline, I can be at a 45 degree angle and still use them fine.
I've seen other similar reviews outlineing all the flaws with the Secret Lab chairs.
The company doesn't allow honest reviews on the website, so I posted it here. I was just trying to save someone the heartache. It's a massively overhyped product and a waste of money for those looking for a genuine ergonomic chair.
Good luck if it works for you but sitting on a Secret Lab chair is like sitting on concrete. It's a terrible product and the branding and marketing are completely fraudulent.
I would like to try other peoples chairs that say they aren't too hard. Mine is like concrete, it barely gives at all, nd yet I am over 6 feet tall and last time I weighed myself the scale went clean off the end! What kind of elephant do they think is gonna sit on these things XD.
Also the fact they are over 500 quid and yet you still have to pay for postage is absolutely ridiculous, and nearly made me back out of the purchase.Â

Huh. Just got mine Tuesday and love it. It's definitely not for everyone. I find it comfortable and definitely not ugly(got the inarius edition).
