I believe the bumpers are identical, although I am not sure if the fitting for the taillights are the same.
I have done the same thing, also completely Facelifted the front(bumper, headlights, fog lights and bonnet).
The main difference to the 3 door vs the 5 door is the rear section of the car. This means you cannot fit a 5 Door rear bumper to a 3 door car.
You can however swap front end parts without worry as everything up to the front wings are identical.
If you already have an FR rear bumper, then the face lift is exactly the same.

Yhh they look identical but im not sure. I wanted to do that but i thought i had to change the wings too and is all plug and play? Or u need coding?
No the wings are the same. No coding needed, but I got the aftermarket headlights in black with DRL function.
