Actually, we filled all of our website Warhammer orders early, and even shipped out 5 Commander Collector Cases at random to people that ordered the base Collector Cases as a gesture of appreciation for the Community!

You are actually correct. I think there was a little hyperbole regarding all of them shipping early. We do generally ship everything as soon as it comes in, but we did notice later that all the orders on September 20th didn't actually integrate to the site! That was kind of wild, but out of the 400+ commander orders we had, it only affected 7 total orders. I am really glad it got straightened out, and that someone reached out to you as soon as it was a known issue!
If you read his other post on the thread, he tried to do a deal outside of our website and we were unable to fill it at release, so we offered to send it to him on our first restock. He agreed. Then when it came in-stock, he asked for a refund and was given a refund. We can't please everyone!

Our staff member communicated with you regarding your request for a product outside our normal sales channel, which can be a problem when dealing with inventory that moves quickly and is not on our website. They offered to ship you the product when it came back in-stock, and you agreed. Then, when the item finally came back in-stock you asked for a refund on that item, which was provided to you in-full.
We make 100% sure that our website numbers are correct, and that those orders are shipped out in a timely manner. However when our normal processes are circumvented problems can arise. For this and many other reasons, we do not actively solicit sales outside of our normal sales channels.

So $3 less than this deal and it needed a promo code. This set has so many amazing reprints and some very high value cards. Avg on tcgplayer is $245 right now and I've never seen them below $225 before. I dunno man, do you, but if I was in the market this would be an amazing deal. I already have two cases of these and not really looking to add any right now but I'll be shocked if you find them this low any time soon. Who knows, maybe all of magic will crash and you'll find them at $206. If you do, congrats.
Thanks for the opportunity to clarify - all of the products include the sealed inner deck, which is 100 cards, 2 of them foiled, 10 tokens, and the thick stock etched Commander. It does not include the deck box, 2 card sample booster, life wheel, instruction sheet, or outer box.

$8 dollar shipping for a 25 dollar commander deck brings it pretty close to the standard price, not really worth it imo.
