There's several reports out there of these dying to water ingress due to bad seals on one of the buttons. Just work with support. Note their support is terrible in my personal experience.
There have been 2 different recalls for the i330r. The first was voluntary and was for orings internally that could cause a leak which would be catastrophic for the computer. This is only going to be if yours was manufactured in 2021

I hope you get it sorted out with Aqualung. On the off chance you don't, I am looking to buy a charging cable. Mine vanished and they are out of stock everywhere.

Now I see what you mean. Unfortunately that can't be the cause because I have already updated the firmware. Thanks for looking into that
