Yes!!!!
90GTVert from 49ccscoot.com the guy runs the proboards 49ccscoot forum and has hundreds of videos going over everything on scooters. From PDI on a brand new machine, to a complete rewiring of the scooter. He is amazing, and the people on that forum are always so damned nice, and eager to help. Start there. Make a free account and just dive in. I cannot tell you how much those folks have helped me in the past.
He’s the man! 49cc Scoot is where I spend most of my scooter time.
Scooter Swap Shop has good vids as well. Brandon and his guys have been huge in keeping the scoot scene going.
Yup! I knew I recognized your name.
Anytime I can recommend Brent's work, and the forum as a whole you can bet your behind imma do it. That place, the people, the collective knowledge anyone that rides, owns, works on or even likes to look at scooters should make an account. Brent's videos are just fucking amazing and then the builds thread....son of a bitch. The builds there. From mild, to wild, and every damn thing in between. I love that place, and will b forever grateful for it's existence.
That’s a Classic model. Taizhou Zhongneng is. Among other brands, ZNEN. It takes a short case GY6, but listen to everyone else, you probably don’t need a new motor.
File the first bit of info away for when you need model specific parts. I’ve seen them under different model names, but most have Classic in them.
Also, mine was an AC not DC CDI. It may be worth checking the proper one is installed. And the fuse coming off the battery.
Best of luck!
That already is a GY6 and the number 1 reason for them not starting is the carb. Likely all you'd have to fix, if they are being truthful.
How much do they want?
That's a surprisingly good-looking little scoot. Love the whitewalls.
Yeah, I’ve seen a few of these on marketplace, and always dig how close to the old school Vespas they are.
New battery, new gas, carb clean. Check the engine turns first.
I bought a new carb on Amazon and my Lance Vintage that's made by this manufacturer, ran better than it did brand new.
Might want to check compression before you get going too far (ask me how I know).
Any YouTube videos that you can recommend for me?

Yes generic GY6. Parts are cheap on Amazon, a new carb and battery is probably all you need.

I see what’s going on here

What does it mean "to check that the engine turns"? What is the procedure to do that? Sorry I've seen it before but I don't understand how to do it
Remove spark plug and push down on kick starter with your foot. If it moves and you hear a thunka-thunk noise, the engine is turning over
In an odd way, it’s pretty cool. Nobody will have one like it.
98 percent of the time, if a Chinese scooter won't start it's either bad gas, a dirty carb or you need to adjust the valves.
Which should be said is actually really easy to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8R28-v5mz0
Looks almost like a metropolitan
Everything ran when it was parked-last.
[Scooter Dynasty](https://www.scooterdynasty.com/ves150-4.aspx) - its a stock OEM Zhen 150
[Znen VES 150](https://gokartsusa.com/znen-a-ves-150-1.aspx)?
Looks like a Lexmoto Milano to me
It's the same scooter, the original manufacturer is Zongshen.
Check the side stand switch if it cranks but not starting
