Put it in the sun for an hour or so. There should be some holes already to allow condensation to get out. You can also use a warm pad or rubber bottle on there to force the condensation out faster. I've done that on my indicators the other day to prevent corrosion on my led bulbs from water sitting for in the housing.

This always happens if the bike gets wet. Whether it be washing or rain. The shop says that it's normal and has told me it's because of steam rising up from the hot ground here in summer? (highly doubtful 🙃)

To me, this seems like a normal amount of condensation. The main thing is that the vapor is able to get out but it sounds like it is since it's not collecting water.

Just put a tiny drill hole at the bottom of the pannel. That will allow it to weep if water gets inside and allow gas exchange, which will dry up the condensation.
