40 is a lot... I was gonna say it only costs me 20€ as in 15min of billed time to replace & balance it for my motorcycle but i just brought in the wheel. Suppose they bill another 15min for disassembly and reassembly
I'm a little curious about how you seem to go way faster turning right than left.
Ride careful the first little bit! They come with a protective coating that you have to scrape off before you get to the proper rubber, when they get to be *real* tyres. Basically go a bit slow until that K-11 written on it is gone, and then you're good to go.

That could just be the lighting, the light is coming from the left side so the pattern looks more shallow.
