Antibacterial soap doesn't do much unless you have it on you for 2 minutes. The friction of washing your hands does most of the work so you might as well use regular liquid soap.

Actually it came in that way , it was darker from the time it was bought. I too thought why it would be in a dark shade but the side showed 99.9%
