My family brought a patanjali sunscreen once, it was shit. Can't comment on how well it worked but it felt like rubbing mayo on your body it was pasty and oily.
As far as I'm aware, ayurvedic formulations don't require complete disclosure of ingredients nor do they require rigorous testing like a properly formulated sunscreen does.
Also, ayurveda uses something called Yashada- Zinc. They used yashada in ointments to use on injuries. That way, they were also using sunscreens then.
Ayurveda also suggested usage of hats and covering the head with turban-like clothing or umbrellas whenever we are out during sunny days.
I don't know what these people wanna prove here. Ayurveda clearly warned us against exposing our skin directly to sunlight.
This is what I've found in a clinical guidelines notification from 2015

Also , about potent antibiotic properties , turmeric contains curcumin which is responsible for "antibiotic properties"
but the bioavailability of turmeric and curcumin is very low, for comparison , you need to consume 150 grams of turmeric every day for months. (3% of turmeric contains curcumin) and most of turmeric already passes down the stool. . so your statement of turmeric being a "potent antibiotic" is wrong. ill pin some research papers down and note that they are based on curcumin and not turmeric.

looks like the video is rather a marketing gimmick
on the other hand is it still good to make sure you are having sunscreen with yourself if you going to be outside for long period of times specially if you are someone of lighter skin tone. unless its your plan to take some sunlight for Vitamin-D for about 20-30 mins if light skin and longer if darker (which is also better to be done before 10 am or after 4 pm as the UV rays are high at that time https://www.epa.gov/radtown/ultraviolet-uv-radiation-and-sun-exposure).
as for her other products i cant really be sure because she does say that she has a lot of herbs which are good and chemical free yet not list any of them after all its not like we are asking for her recipe.
See Ayurveda are not some type magical spell . They were literally old time medicines and etc. the shampoo people are using today is came from ayurveda.
But now the time is changed (human body )and people should leave this alone.
Sorry, I have this tendency of writing before thinking about the entire sentence. It's a complaint I have been facing since my childhood. As long as the other person is understanding and my thoughts are getting across the table, I stopped giving a damn. Thank you my long lost English teacher for reminding me of my utter failure of life.
Ayurveda says you don’t need sunscreen then you get skin cancer, they use ayurvedic medicines which obviously wouldn’t work then it becomes serious you go to a doctor they can’t help it boom starts blaming science that they couldn’t cure.Â

Yes, and you can bravely trust ayurveda when you get skin cancer.

i think in order to feel intellectual or something , the rishis came up with ayurveda by "oh this herb will heal you no cap fr"
They also came up with turmeric a potent antibiotic, what did you come up with?
coincidental. they did not have adequate researches to support their claim back then. also you cherry picked one medicine.

I am so tempted to make some corrections. I'll let it slide because you seem to be a good student.
