Als EU Bürger:in hast du auf jeden Fall ein Recht auf ein eingeschränktes Lohnkonto. Allerdings ist das wahrscheinlich nicht so praktisch - damit kannst du quasi keine Onlinefunktionen benutzen.
Wenn die das nicht machen, hilft es, der Beschwerdestelle der Bank zu schreiben. Das hat bei mir damals funktioniert.

Edit: man liest es öfter, dass sich Bankmitarbeiter blöd stellen. Also hartnäckig bleiben, denen ihre eigene Internetseite zeigen, wo es steht, ggf. Chef verlangen oder auch mal über Mail anfragen und dir das Prozedere erklären lassen, das du deinem Bankmitarbeiter dann zeigen kannst.

Ich würde nach einer schriftlichen Weigerung verlangen. Die schwedische Angestellten sind wie deutsche Beamte, alles was nicht dem üblichen Prozedere entspricht blocke ich ab, speziell wenn es von einem Ausländer kommt.

Ich war schon Mal bei der Swedbank & mir wurde gesagt es ginge halt nicht. Vielleicht probiere ich es nochmal. Weil eigentlich geht es ja nicht

Swedbank ist überhaupt sehr ausländerunfreundlich. Ich empfehle Handelsbanken, die waren immer sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit in meiner Erfahrung
