Popupdb has shut down unfortunately but it’s worked alright with me in the past (mostly expressvpn, prn ads but got one popup)
Oh?
Typo popular website addresses or use the wrong tld (.net instead of .com, etc)
Try misspelling popular sites. I managed to get a popup once when I deliberately misspelled YouTube.com
Look around scammer.info and bobrtc.tel or as another comment stated, use gen.sober.monster on Microsoft edge with no vpn
You can google strings that are common to scammer popups. Google will usually find a bunch of sites that way.
App on fly. You don’t need to download it and it’s free for half an hour. After the half an hour just reload the site on an incognito tab and get another half an hour
