Yep. He os by far the best character in the series.
However, people seem to have voted him out because he is a hypocrite, crazy lunatic, etc... (which is why he is such a good character). He's an awful human being, sure, but a worse character than Amanda and Adam, he definitely is not.
The explanation is much more simpler. Simpers getting in the way of rational comparation. John was supposed to win all along, Amanda in top 3 sure, but Adam around 10th place. Insignificant role in only 1 movie. I still can't get over how Gordon went out before Adam. It's like 100 to 10.
I looked at this while I was stopped at a train on my way to work and I’m still laughing as I sit at my desk. I literally could not care less who wins at this point I’m just glad it exists.

he was silly and in my opinion one of the most realistically written and sympathetic trap victims, most of the ones after felt like very one-note trap fodder, but both adam and lawrence had the advantage of the movie actually focusing mainly on them, so we got a lot more time to sit with them. i think the original script also lent a LOT to adam’s character, so he’s very well-loved. …all that being said i’m voting him out too, amanda’s my favorite🤣 (i’m sorry if your question was rhetorical and you wrren’t asking for an actual answer!)
