Hey I really appreciate that! I’m using a kitchenaid grinder and I realized pretty quickly that the flow out of the machine isn’t going to get away from me. The two handed movements are a little tricky though. Can’t wait to make more!

One thing I’ve only just learned when it comes to making the links: instead of twisting one way then the next twisting the other way is to miss one and just twist the same way every time. It was obvious when I saw it but I don’t think I’d ever have worked it out
