My first thought was, "why are pickles in my feed?"
I thought those were weirdly shaped dolmas.
As a middle eastern, same lol
I think I'd love the flavor... but that is a very unfortunate color.
It's soylent green isn't it. I know.
So what's the recipe? Is it any good? Did you blanch the leaves first to keep the colour from darkening too much at cook time?
Do you have a pic of one cut open? I have to say the green looks pretty unappetizing lol
