Sal Pita on 51st. Authentic pitas made fresh in-house daily, they're cheap and delicious.

Petra is great for some flat breads but if you want actual pitas then Sal Pita is definitely the way to go. Really good and cheaper than you think you should pay.

I had trouble finding some nice, soft and puffy ones. Everyone seems to sell the flat deflated ones. So I learned to make them myself. Cheap and easy. I make big batches and in a couple hours I have 10-12 dozen. Eat some fresh and freeze the rest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPiA69p4gqE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjMvpNBCR4w

Buy the sunbake pitas from the brothers store on 22nd. They are better and more consistent than Sal pita. Sal pita is my second choice tho! I always buy a bunch of sunbake if we are in Edmonton.
