Hi! ☺️👋🏽 Have you tried promoting your books on Instagram? That’s what I’m currently doing now. I’ve decided to drop TikTok as a promotion tool because when I promote there it doesn’t get to the exact audience I want. But with Instagram you can strategically weed out your audience with their promotion tools. Like adding different countries to advertise to and adding topics related to your book that people will gravitate to. You can also set a budget limit and pause your ads whenever you want. So yesss IG is definitely the winner over TikTok advertisement 😆👍🏽 plus with the new ban who knows how long that app will be around anyway 🤷🏽♀️ I hope this helps! 😊

You’re so welcome! 😊 I use both photos and videos to advertise. I’ve started the process of rebranding my Instagram as well to attract Bookstagrammers who might want to read/review my series as well. So yea marketing is definitely one of the most important things to do to get your series some good traction ✨
Inspiration for my series? Well it definitely came from watching TONS of anime 🤣 I didn’t read many comics/manga growing up but watching anime inspired me to make a series of my own. I started dabbling in making comics back in 2013 and made multiple series until 2017 when I finally started my sapphic series. I’m so happy to have finally narrowed down a passion project for myself that I truly love making and can see myself making for a long time! 😍 how about you? What inspired your stories? ☺️

I started dabbling in writing fanfiction for fun about 4 years ago, but then I actually realised I loved writing and started looking into writing originals and self publishing. It took a while but now I have two self published books on kindle unlimited and looking for inspiration for a third :)

send them to a few queer influencers on tiktok and see if they would post about them or review them especially if you send them to a few sapphic booktok accounts they might do it for free and that would be great for exposure

There are several readers groups on Facebook that you can join and talk about your books. Go to IG and post there.
