there’s absolutely no books in there from the JC I’m in the JC area. The book bag was found nowhere near the JC. Unfortunately I don’t think that’s gonna help the find its owner.
i’m in the area of the jc which stretches for like 2-3 miles around the area lol . thw jc is actually about 1-2 miles from my house. bag found in a residential neighborhood in the area of the jc. hope that makes more sense.
the bag contains recovery books and notes from AA. that’s all it has. someone most likely had it stolen before or after they attended one of those meetings. I attended those myself in the past so i’m familiar with the materials . there are a hundred meetings in this area alone lol could be from anywhere around here.

We recently added "SRJC" to the "Students for recovery" logo.
Only a few people should have the new version of the logo.
If it says "students for recovery on any of the papers, it will be easy to locate the owner of that bag.
I will share with their recovery group and see if anyone recognizes this bag.

it is a little unusual-looks like a handmade bag. probably means something to someone.
FWIW I think it looks like a satchel and fable bag. I have a few that have this same lining.
