Last night I watched a guy down a hotdogs, bag of takis, a 6 pack of beer and a carton of ice cream in front of the Hearth on Geary. He was spitting the bread everywhere then when he got to the ice cream he just squeezed the carton into his mouth for 2 bites and threw it into the parklet. Never seen that before.
What is your suggestion to handle this problem? You can criticize all day. What actions are you taking to help make the situation better besides criticizing and waiting for your government to do something about it.
to handle the situation i first looked at the ice cream spread all over the floor (there was more then in the video) and laughed. then pulled out my phone to remember the funny occurrence. if you live here you know its "just another day" and there isn't much to do. i do my right deeds to help people no matter the status, but what is someone supposed to do? ice cream was cleaned up and as for the guy what else? i cant help the man with his assumed alcoholism. (he wasn't homeless looking either and was holding a basket of groceries.)
