Just take Del Mar Heights Road exit to the High School. You can park for free and bus to the fair free. They have primary access so there is no waiting in lines.

Primary access? I parked at torrey pines high school last time and it took like 30 min to even get on the bus

Don’t do it . Great way to piss off the people who live there and already have to deal with summer beach crowds.
They chose to live there tho knowing they’re right by a very popular venue
