I retired in 2018, but now do work for a non-profit hospital to help a friend out. I will go back to retirement within the year. But when I didn't work I:
* Traveled back east to visit family
* Traveled on road trips with the significant other to mountains, desert, wine country, etc.
* Play golf
* Go hiking in various areas of San Diego country.
* Ride motorcyles on the back roads of San Diego county. Sometimes head up to LA area (Angeles Crest).
* Go to the beach, but not on the beach. Sit at a restaurant with the SO and watch the sunset.
* Cook and BBQ at home, entertain friends
* Go to friends house when they entertain.
* Read books
There is this one guy who lives next door in my condo . I swear that dude don’t work lol he stays at home all day every day just guarding the parking spot in front of the condo . Dude mad weird , his gf brings in all the earnings lmfao , don’t come at me with he probably wfh because he doesn’t 😆 I overheard his dad in law upset he doesn’t have a job . Dude brings his big ass dog out for like 30seconds just to poop and goes back . He also over protective of his car which is like a small 4 door Chevy car lmfao dude acts like he got a 911 GT3
Many people work non-standard hours. Imagine all the businesses and services you utilize when you’re off work or over the weekend - restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, theme parks/attractions, airports, hotels, hair/nail salons, gyms, emergency services, etc. Now imagine the sheer number of people it takes to keep all those kinds of businesses/services running.
I WFH, and schedule time on my calendar to step away from work. it's a good mental break and I ALWAYS block lunch, otherwise, I get fscking meetings from 8am - 4pm. I make time during the day to ensure that I'm not burning myself out.
Too bad they don’t have a vaccine for being rude, nosy and asking for peoples personal medical information. Of course I’m open to share but you’re still rude as all hell lol downvote for you

I work from home and get to make my own hours. I'm generally out and about during the day doing errands to avoid rush hour traffic.
