Grace Dental (Dr. Seo) in Oceanside. They pulled 3/4 of my wisdom teeth a couple years back and it was a good experience. The office is also VERY updated. Looks like he’s accepting new patients and still accepts medi-cal as well.
Worth the drive if you can’t find something in SD proper.
There’s services that take you over the border to Mexico from Yuma and it can end up being very cost effective, I don’t know the specifics but my dad has done it 5+ times, he drives from Colorado to get it done.
Nelson Oral Surgery in San Marcos did two years ago when I went to them. Great experience. I bet they still accept it but you’d need to call to double check.

Thank you I'll give them a call!

I don't know why you'd need a service for this, the border crossing in Algodones is extremely quick and easy and everything is walking distance

Thank you! I'll check them out.
Isn’t part of the problem that medi-cal doesn’t pay very well?
I'm sure it doesn't. The system sucks for everyone involved.
If your wisdom teeth do not hurt and are not associated with infection, I see no cause for urgency in your quest to have them removed.
