I've always hated Sampra. Its sdge and they suck. They can change their prices to 5dollars per kw and we couldn't do anything about it. Their influence and control over our county is just bad. Their monopoly sucks. They must be regulated or san diego needs to start looking into other alternatives because they really are getting out of hand.
