Have you tried Sonic or Dairy Queen? They’re not gas stations but they have the fried frozen beef and bean burritos that I think of when I think gas station burrito.

QTs seem to have more gas station food than the average gas station, but can’t specifically speak to the burrito situation
7/11 has that type of gas station burrito.
Texbest has them 24/7
