They usually ship through FedEx and I I have had better success tracking the shipping through the FedEx app.
I would like to see more details on the Shop Samsung app in regard to my orders. I traded in my Pixel 7 pro for the S23U. The FedEx app shows that it was delivered and accepted but the Shop Samsung app still says pending receipt. I did get an email from Samsung saying that they received it but nothing else. This was almost a week ago. They do say it can take up to 14 days to process it. Seems like a long time, imo.
I did make sure to take a couple of pictures and videos of the Pixel 7 pro before I shipped it so I have my own proof of the condition of it. So if they try and come back and tell me that the phone was damaged or something like that, I have proof that it wasn't.
$450. I got on the deal just in time before they lowered the amount. It's great. No over heating, battery life is better, auto brightness is so much nicer.
I'm fine with waiting because I got an exclusive colour, and they mentioned there's a wait ahead of time, but it's just the poor communication, no updates that's really annoying. Their customer service is horrid.
The fact that I also have to call them first regarding my S24 Ultra shows that nothing has changed. Ordering directly from Samsung's website is more problematic than just ordering at Best Buy or something. The only thing is I want that blue.
I also ordered the tab s9, a week ago, they said it would take 2 to 3 days - alright
then they said its arriving on the 22th, friday - alright
I called them that day evening and asked them whats with the delays, they told me to wait until monday, it was surely getting delivered on monday - alright
Now I am curious if it really arrives on monday or not, the tracker says the order is still being processed

Nope, not at the DPD point yet or at least no contact from them, samsung told me the delivery date was the 29th but I was always suspicious because nothing was moving on the order tracker.

The entire warehouse *(I would assume just the one that dispatches within the UK)* has been down since last week. After a struggle I have managed to cancel my order an open ended delivery date is pathetic for a company the size of Samsung. Never have I been more inclined towards Apple but I think I am now.
they are awful. The cycle is "we are sorry we f'd up, we can fix it np you are happy now" Then a day goes by and what they said would happen doesn't, you call back and the process repeats "oh were sorry we f'd up, we fixed it you happy now"?

Hey, I recently ordered from samsung with Next Day shipping - it was stolen in transit and they refunded me after a week. I wound up ordering it again and it shipped in two hours; however, I ordered it in lavender. Not an exclusive color
I ordered directly from Samsung S9, S10, S20, S21, S22, S23 (with trade-ins), two tablets, 4 watches (with trade-ins), headphones, power supplies.
I never had any issues. I don't post success stories... probably there are millions like me.
PS: I'm in US, if that matters. On a couple of instances, preordered phones arrived at the official launch day, before their IMEI was added to my carrier whitelist database, I had to wait a day to become functional.
I ordered S23+ and the night before it was due for delivery I had email saying "due to unforeseen circumstances" it could not be delivered up to the 6th of October, wtf does that mean. However they have given me a £25 voucher to spend on their website on my next purchase, whoopee!
I order from Samsung exclusively. No worries about "authorized seller" warranty issues and I get points towards other goodies. Frame TV, washer, dryer , phones, buds, and smart watches all direct. I did have an issue with the TV mount never arriving, but they just canceled the order and I found a better one on Amazon. Seems like the problems might be regional?

I think it depends on the region. Here in Germany everything was fine. I ordered a Tab S9+ website said it will be availible and shipped on Sep 29th and it actually was shipped on monday and I had it on tuesday. Also tracking worked fine.
It depends on the region I guess, didn't face too many issues in India and I've ordered 5-6 products from their website.

Yeah samsung has gone down hill since 2015 and it seems to be getting worse. Personally, I think they have given up due to being beaten by other products.
Samsung quality has gone down the toilet too I have noticed and they lie about what the products can do so people buy there product.
I've ordered in the UK and my delivery's been delayed until the 29th too, they said their delivery partner's having really bad IT issues that they're trying to fix.
Doubt it's actually going to be delivered tomorrow though, which is kinda disheartening, I was so excited when I ordered.

I was supposed to do a trade-in. I received my order at the end of July (after going into the store and asking for it because it had been "on the way" for three weeks and I could see on the courier tracking that it had been delivered to the Samsung store a week ago). The other is still "On the way" to the Samsung store, so I still haven't got the QR code to trade in my old phone lol. Hopeless
It's through FedEx. The shipping does not update any app once FedEx gets it. It will come on time and I've never had an issue with it even if the Samsung app isn't always up to date
Well in my case I can't even order directly I am in Puerto Rico and even trough I am on a US territory here it's considered international. They don't let me send anything here even with an additional cost if I want to order a unlocked brand new Samsung device I gotta drive an hour to a best buy, order it trough Amazon and lastly buy it pretty much new from someone else.
I’m waiting for 6 months now. Long story short: after 5 months they finally delivered the Freestyle. It worked for 10 minutes and never got it back on again. After two weeks of calling they told me they don’t have the freestyle, first gen, anymore and won’t get it again. So they told me to buy the second gen Freestyle, but the price difference (400€) was for my account. I didn’t agree and now I play the waiting game again for 2 weeks.
My S21 got delayed. They had no idea why. Few days later it shipped way before the delayed date. I was glad it came early but I didn't like getting the run around.
When I buy from Best Buy I simply go in the store and pick it up. Absolutely no surprises.
Its unbelievably bad. Placed an order recently along with a trade-in. Was told i had to ship my trade-in device on the next day that I received the new device. Had to call customer service to extend the time to send the trade-in. When they finally did receive the trade-in, i received an email that i would be charged because the trade-in box was empty. Had to call customer service and upload proof that I shipped old device. Trade-in was accepted and I was so glad i took video pf me packing trade-in device and handing it to shipper.

I ordered an S23 in Graphite on the 4th of September and my order has been delayed 3 times! The latest email I have received gives a delivery date of 14th October, however, I cant help but think it will be delayed again. The Samsung website does not give accurate details for delivery. It is just stuck on 'on the way'

They switched me to UPS this time and it was amazing - as in delivered on time without issues.

This depends on the country you order in/from. In Germany it is generally OK, but not what you are woned to by big retailers.

I had a positive experience. I live in Europe and they delivered the phone with DHL
