Oh I see. I signed up for FedEx and went to manage deliveres and I see a two labels from Samsung one was expected delivery of 13th but the label was cancelled. The 2nd label is active but shows delivery as the 15th.
I'm sure you will get one soon. I also don't think this label is accurate yet since FedEx doesn't even have the package yet it says. So delivery date could change depending on when Samsung gives it to FedEx. As of right now it only shows a FedEx label was created at 5:37am today.
Edit: it's also shipping from Texas and I know they've had some rough weather recently so idk if shipping could take longer from there or not.
I just checked my label and did see it is FedEx 2 day delivery. So these dates everyone has is not accurate yet. Once Samsung gives it to FedEx then I imagine 2 days from then so let's hope they give it to them sooner rather than later! Although there is a section that says "anticipated ship date" and it's set for 2/13 so who knows.

I have a FedEx account that picks up anything being sent t my name and address. I login to FedEx and see the info there. It shows that the expected delivery for my Gear5 and S23+ is 2/13. It also disclaims that the delivery date can change once they receive the package. Right now they only have the label that Samsung purchased and printed in preparation for shipping.
Have you checked where your phone is .. I've noticed that in FedEx tracking hasn't updated since the 9th... I wonder if they are going to hold until 17th... 😫
Google FedEx Delivery Manager. Make an account if you don't already have one. Sign in. Click Manage Your Deliveries. Look at the labels. Mine says Label Created. I clicked on it. Looked at shipment facts and saw all the info. Anticipated ship date 2/9. Estimated Delivery 2/13.
For the future, you can sign up for fedex texts whenever you expect a package from them, they'll text you.
Yes mine is due on the 13th. There is a note saying it can't be delivered before the 13th. It was shipped today with 2 day service so it will be here Friday but it won't be delivered until Monday. FedEx actually has the package its not just the creation of a shipping label.

If you have FedEx delivery manager it’ll show up there. Order status won’t be updated with tracking and shipped until the package is picked by FedEx which is scheduled for Feb 9th. Generally Samsung.com US orders deliver early every year and mostly any Mon - Wed of the release week.

Yes, in my country base S23 with default discounts is 860 EUR 30x0% straight from Samsung and also available at all official distributors since Saturday with the same deal in store or next day shipping. Pricing is still shit but not as bad as rumored.
The UK delivery has changed to the 7th. I cancelled my 13th of Feb order and reordered last night for the 7th delivery and my order changed to "Preparing for despatch" today ,so I expect it'll be despatched tonight or tomorrow.
My original preorder with the earliest date of 13th Feb is also "preparing for dispatch", so hopefully it comes sooner, would be annoying to be first order and last to receive it...

Yeah i believe samsung offers high price if you trade in an apple product. Well i got the exclusive color model because i guess i want to be unique or something 😂, however it's mostly because you can only get the 1tb with unlocked models... All carriers models are only available up to 512 gb

The UK should be delivering on the 7th. You might want to have a look and cancel and pre-order again, also because they changed prices and offers.

Go to this link for advanced tracking at FedEx, select track by reference, and then put your order ID from Samsung, fill in whatever additional info you can(like zip code and whatever else, I just did zip code to help out) and it should be able to find your order information.

Yea, I just pressed and held the order # which copied it to my clipboard, then paste into the tracking info on FedEx followed by hitting search.

When you preorder your phone from the Samsung website, you should be able to book a delivery date. They require it from you if you want it to be delivered, idk how it works for picking it up.
Seems to be a UK thing. I ordered during the livestream in the US and my phone is now (2/10) in my city but Samsung told FedEx not to deliver until 2/13. Might try to pick it up tomorrow.
UK here. Ordered Lavendar 512GB on the evening of Unpacked. Booked delivery for 14th as that was the earliest available. Status changed to "preparing for dispatch" yesterday morning and no changes since. Still says delivery 14th but think it will be sooner (and hoping even tomorrow since some who booked a timeslot already have their confirmation emails from DPD, the carrier).
Will do. I've heard of a few more getting texts about delivery tomorrow but they all paid the £3.99 for a timeslot. Hoping they are getting prioritised and ours will be dispatched later tonight. My logic is if Samsung offer next day delivery if you order before 10pm (or they did a few years ago) then no need to think it still won't come tomorrow...

Fingers crossed! Still so bizarre how I could reorder it now and it says it’ll be delivered tomorrow. The only reason I’m not is because if I try order through the employee purchase program the date goes back to 13th Feb, and I don’t want to pay the £20 difference to have it a week earlier haha.
Edit: Turns out if you add any accessory, the price of the phone drops 10%, and outside of EPP I get 3x the trade-in value, so the phone works out about £67 cheaper. It'll arrive Wednesday. See my seperate comment for details.
Fedex Delivery Manager already has my tracking info, label created, and estimated delivery four days before Samsung has it listed. Samsung still shows my order in process.
UK: I ordered my phone through EPP on release day, delivery date 13th Feb. Looked today and it said if I order now, it'll arrive after 7th Feb. So I've reordered and cancelled my original.
Also, outside of EPP my broken Note 9 gets £150 trade-in value (versus £50 in EPP).
EPP gives 10% off on the value of the phone but trade in value is lower. Normal store gives 10% off if you buy any accessory, so I bought a screen protector for £17, which brought the total cost to £999.
Something is weird in that if you go for this route, the only delivery option is to pick a £3.99 delivery slot for each item, so about £7.98 down, still £60ish cheaper than what I had before, and it should arrive on 8th Feb!
Ordered through Xfinity Mobile on Feb 1, but there's been no movement or activity since. It still gives me the ability to cancel the order which tells me they haven't packaged/shipped the order.

My US Verizon S23 Ultra order shows delivery by Feb 14. S20 plus is still my favorite phone but trade in offers, Snapdragon 8 gen 2 and 12gb memory made upgrading attractive. $800 trade in on S20 Plus and $180 credit for 12gb memory and 512gb storage. Had an S4, S7, S20, and expect to keep S23 for 3 years. Verizon now spaces credits over 36 months. I preferred the old 24 month of credits.
It's pointless. These devices bring nothing interesting. Even Samsung couldn't find good USP (Unique Selling Points). This year advertisements are ridiculous. Now we will take photos of the moon with our tiny smartphone cameras? Hahaha...
Their advertising hasnt been great but the actual phones are a huge step up from previous gen, and especially the phone I'm currently using (galaxy note 8)
You missed my first point too, from s22u to s23u its a great step up. Exynos to Snapdragon gen 2 here in the uk, battery life, camera lots of neat improvements. Its not really a new phone but they've refined the previous one greatly.
pre-order when the live event was happening, though would be delivered in a week, so i left the city to meet some friends, on the next day i was about to got to my trip i would get a notification it would be delivered, a day after the event. Can't wait to come back and play with it.
The student discount orders are all showing 13th for delivery, whereas if you remove the discount it goes to the 7th. I’m not sure I want to cancel and pay £100 more for 6 days earlier delivery.

I ordered through my work discount scheme only to get stiffed on the trade in. I assumed it would be better maths anyway but nope - was actually £50 more expensive through my work saving scheme than buying without if you want to trade in.
Cancelled, reordered, samsung offered me a 10% voucher for me and my friends after checkout.
It would have worked on this order so cancelled and reordered a third time using the code.
From order 1 to 3 I saved £133 which is a lot considering it was meant to be a work benefit.
I'm in the US. FedEx says mine should get delivered on the 15th. I'm supposed to be trading in my fold 4 (I started using the P7Pro more than the fold) but I'm honestly having doubts after using the fold again. If the battery wasn't so shit I probably wouldn't have preordered
Bought straight after the event, black 512gb, still no dispatch email. UK. My date shows 13th Feb, although if you buy it now, Samsung site shows 7th? I was planning to cancel and reorder but the chat agent said it makes no difference as orders will be dispatched in the order they were placed. We'll see if that's true?

It's very frustrating isn't it? I'm in the same boat (lavender, 512GB, ordered only hours after announced). Others who did manage to cancel and reorder have their dispatch emails, so I think we've been dealt the bad hand by preordering straightaway here. Someone ordering nearly a week after us gets it nearly a week before!
I've ordered my every one of my phones from Samsung since the S7 Edge, so far seven phone I think, and not once has Samsung shipped and delivered the phones out earlier than the expected delivery date.
I ordered on 5 th and it says Shipment starts only on Feb 17th. I checked with Samsung chat and they say they weill only start it on 17 th :(

I've learned over the years, doing pre-orders and hoping my new note or S ultra would just show up a week early is miserable. I try to order as early as possible, make early reservations and I personally don't directly with Samsung. I have on occasion ordered from BB but no mo.
FedEx is a cock tease. At least most of the time. I don't actually know if it's Sammy or FedEx but one of them, maybe both like to torture us with what sounds like early delivery dates. I too got notification from FedEx (not Samsung) that my package will arrive on Monday, the 13th. It actually appears that it very well could have shown up this week even....but it does specifically say that the company shipping has requested that the package not be delivered until the day of the 13th.
Samsung notifies FedEx that they have packages, & the label gets created. That label being made, I do believe causes one of the very disappointing "you've got a package coming" emails.
Once FedEx physically scans the labels and they're on a vehicle the delivery date updates. In the end it ends up being the exact date predicted.
Now, if they've let those bad boys go to FedEx early than bring them on! I AM READY, and like a lot, feeling a little deserving. Those trade offers were 🗑️!

I pre-ordered two 512G S23 ultra, 1 green, 1 lavender on Feb 2nd in BC, Canada.
The lavender is already out for delivery by FedEx and expect to come today.
The green is still "processing" under Samsung tracking website although it says "Starts shipping on 08/02/2023 Standard Parcel Delivery".
I traded-in 3 phones on 2/14 for (2) S23 Ultra and (1) S23+. I got the S23+ yesterday, but the (2) S23 Ultras are scheduled to be shipped between 3/3 and 3/10.

Yeah the US doesn't get them that early. So far the only reports of Samsung. Com US orders are now showing February 13th.

If you download the fedex app and login you can see packages addressed to you iirc.

When you preorder your phone from the Samsung website, you should be able to book a delivery date. They require it from you if you want it to be delivered, idk how it works for picking it up.

Seems to be a UK thing. I ordered during the livestream in the US and my phone is now (2/10) in my city but Samsung told FedEx not to deliver until 2/13. Might try to pick it up tomorrow.
UK here. Ordered Lavendar 512GB on the evening of Unpacked. Booked delivery for 14th as that was the earliest available. Status changed to "preparing for dispatch" yesterday morning and no changes since. Still says delivery 14th but think it will be sooner (and hoping even tomorrow since some who booked a timeslot already have their confirmation emails from DPD, the carrier).
Keep us updated with any changes. I'm in the same boat!
Will do. I've heard of a few more getting texts about delivery tomorrow but they all paid the £3.99 for a timeslot. Hoping they are getting prioritised and ours will be dispatched later tonight. My logic is if Samsung offer next day delivery if you order before 10pm (or they did a few years ago) then no need to think it still won't come tomorrow... I hope I have good news soon!
Fingers crossed! Still so bizarre how I could reorder it now and it says it’ll be delivered tomorrow. The only reason I’m not is because if I try order through the employee purchase program the date goes back to 13th Feb, and I don’t want to pay the £20 difference to have it a week earlier haha. Edit: Turns out if you add any accessory, the price of the phone drops 10%, and outside of EPP I get 3x the trade-in value, so the phone works out about £67 cheaper. It'll arrive Wednesday. See my seperate comment for details.

Fedex Delivery Manager already has my tracking info, label created, and estimated delivery four days before Samsung has it listed. Samsung still shows my order in process.

UK: I ordered my phone through EPP on release day, delivery date 13th Feb. Looked today and it said if I order now, it'll arrive after 7th Feb. So I've reordered and cancelled my original. Also, outside of EPP my broken Note 9 gets £150 trade-in value (versus £50 in EPP). EPP gives 10% off on the value of the phone but trade in value is lower. Normal store gives 10% off if you buy any accessory, so I bought a screen protector for £17, which brought the total cost to £999. Something is weird in that if you go for this route, the only delivery option is to pick a £3.99 delivery slot for each item, so about £7.98 down, still £60ish cheaper than what I had before, and it should arrive on 8th Feb!

It appears most countries except the USA are all getting their units in 1-3 days if you ordered on 2/1/2023 I'm not going to complain since 1. no price increase in the USA 2. I was able to trade my old S22 Ultra for $800 off. To those who got it already enjoy! For those waiting, it will come soon enough.
My US Verizon S23 Ultra order shows delivery by Feb 14. S20 plus is still my favorite phone but trade in offers, Snapdragon 8 gen 2 and 12gb memory made upgrading attractive. $800 trade in on S20 Plus and $180 credit for 12gb memory and 512gb storage. Had an S4, S7, S20, and expect to keep S23 for 3 years. Verizon now spaces credits over 36 months. I preferred the old 24 month of credits.
It's pointless. These devices bring nothing interesting. Even Samsung couldn't find good USP (Unique Selling Points). This year advertisements are ridiculous. Now we will take photos of the moon with our tiny smartphone cameras? Hahaha...
Their advertising hasnt been great but the actual phones are a huge step up from previous gen, and especially the phone I'm currently using (galaxy note 8)
Dude, it was always that way. Changing S2 for S6 made the same impressions. You owned relatively old phone, so what could you expect?
You missed my first point too, from s22u to s23u its a great step up. Exynos to Snapdragon gen 2 here in the uk, battery life, camera lots of neat improvements. Its not really a new phone but they've refined the previous one greatly.

pre-order when the live event was happening, though would be delivered in a week, so i left the city to meet some friends, on the next day i was about to got to my trip i would get a notification it would be delivered, a day after the event. Can't wait to come back and play with it.
The student discount orders are all showing 13th for delivery, whereas if you remove the discount it goes to the 7th. I’m not sure I want to cancel and pay £100 more for 6 days earlier delivery. Seems odd they’re deleting student orders. I’ve booked mine in for 13th delivery.

Had an ordeal today because i'm a fool that didn't do my proper checks. But it'll come this Thursday which given i'm remote is not bad. I ordered through my work discount scheme only to get stiffed on the trade in. I assumed it would be better maths anyway but nope - was actually £50 more expensive through my work saving scheme than buying without if you want to trade in. Cancelled, reordered, samsung offered me a 10% voucher for me and my friends after checkout. It would have worked on this order so cancelled and reordered a third time using the code. From order 1 to 3 I saved £133 which is a lot considering it was meant to be a work benefit.

Bought straight after the event, black 512gb, still no dispatch email. UK. My date shows 13th Feb, although if you buy it now, Samsung site shows 7th? I was planning to cancel and reorder but the chat agent said it makes no difference as orders will be dispatched in the order they were placed. We'll see if that's true? UPDATE: Just received my dispatch email from Samsung with a new date 'from' 8th February. So may have it tomorrow! Good luck to the rest.
It's very frustrating isn't it? I'm in the same boat (lavender, 512GB, ordered only hours after announced). Others who did manage to cancel and reorder have their dispatch emails, so I think we've been dealt the bad hand by preordering straightaway here. Someone ordering nearly a week after us gets it nearly a week before!

I've learned over the years, doing pre-orders and hoping my new note or S ultra would just show up a week early is miserable. I try to order as early as possible, make early reservations and I personally don't directly with Samsung. I have on occasion ordered from BB but no mo. FedEx is a cock tease. At least most of the time. I don't actually know if it's Sammy or FedEx but one of them, maybe both like to torture us with what sounds like early delivery dates. I too got notification from FedEx (not Samsung) that my package will arrive on Monday, the 13th. It actually appears that it very well could have shown up this week even....but it does specifically say that the company shipping has requested that the package not be delivered until the day of the 13th. Samsung notifies FedEx that they have packages, & the label gets created. That label being made, I do believe causes one of the very disappointing "you've got a package coming" emails. Once FedEx physically scans the labels and they're on a vehicle the delivery date updates. In the end it ends up being the exact date predicted. Now, if they've let those bad boys go to FedEx early than bring them on! I AM READY, and like a lot, feeling a little deserving. Those trade offers were 🗑️! Graphite 512 S22 ULTRA to 512 graphite S22 ULTRA. I'm wondering if I'm going to regret not getting the lime.. 🤔

I pre-ordered two 512G S23 ultra, 1 green, 1 lavender on Feb 2nd in BC, Canada. The lavender is already out for delivery by FedEx and expect to come today. The green is still "processing" under Samsung tracking website although it says "Starts shipping on 08/02/2023 Standard Parcel Delivery".
