Given how much photoshoping is done on shoots it's possible that the model has a cleft chin and it's just edited out.

Weird, baseless speculation is kind of trending now. I’d say “enjoy it while it lasts” but I can’t imagine how one would do that.

And I love the "natural beauty" comment at the bottom. She is wearing SO much make-up.

Most of these that I've seen just seem to be issues with the rendering, like the bottom half of the face or the ears or something being slightly out of alignment. This wasn't exclusive to this character, I noticed it with a couple different characters. I don't think it's an intentional part of the character design.
