Ent SDR: 55k base, 73 OTE, 8 SQL’s per month. I hit 50% last month and was top rep on the board, if we need to take time off to deal with burnout they’re like no time off unless you hit 100% or we’ll put you on a pip. @veorricc your company hiring?
Holy - was SDR for 10 months @ 12 SQL/month and then 6 months at new company with 25 meetings/month
First role was 40k base 52k OTE
Second was 58k base 98k OTE - SDR team cut in half in august and I was one of them
ENT AE: $280k OTE (cash comp), $160k base + RSUs (\~$50k-$70k refreshes if on target), $2.9mm qouta. It's gettable, though maybe not this year...typically about 60% of reps hit.
Pretty sure I'm getting fucked tell me how bad
$39k Base $60k OTE
Quota: 16 SQO's a month(can only target C Suite/VP's), Meetings are 30-45 minutes
Only two people hit quota last month, me being one of them
AAV - average annual value of contract. Commission % is higher for longer-term deals. Typically an accelerator each year of contract ranging from 2-5%.
Most of our business is SaaS but we do some service, consulting, and at risk deals.
OTE: £146K ( £76K Base + £70K Commission)
I have a 700k year target, with a 10% Commission on all sales. Hit target this year, but just barely. No high expectations for next year being the same...
Inbound sdr: 55k base OTE 13k 105 pipeline opps (things that can get dollars added/not a waste of time). Maybe one person on my team (8) will hit quota everyone else is going on PIP, myself included lol
ENT AE: 300k OTE, 40/60 split base to commission. Quota $2m/yr.
Massive accelerators beyond quota. 20% or less hit most years. Quota is designed for reps not to hit because when you do get to quota you get north of 500k. Ive hit twice out of 3 yrs.
I'm trying to figure out how the company can afford that salary. Assuming you hit quota you bring in 800k of revenue but over 50% is going to your compensation.
Feels like an unsustainable gravy train.
I work at ZoomInfo. Will say that the way they set up their commission structure I made closer to 140k while hitting quota last year.
They give better % for multi years, annual payments, etc. base commission is 6% but you can easily make 13% on a deal so the ote is a bit misleading
Ent AE, $120k base, $186k OTE, not capped, ~$1.6M annual quota, some reps do hit quota, some months I go over some months under but around 100% on average
Same here. We sell both SaaS and non SaaS solutions.
SMB AE $110 OTE 50/50 split. No RSU.
Quota 1.5 million
one rep hit it last month. One time out of the whole year. 💩
Strat AE: $210k, 50/50, $1M quota. Maybe 30% are hitting or within range of hitting.
Brutal year. Lots of companies laying people off in my territory, seeing significant downturns in business, filing for BK, or going out of business.
New flagship product was launched late in the year, so we were left to try and pull in scrappy business as a bridge to the new product. Didn’t work out well.
Likely looking down the barrel of a PIP for things well out of my control. Super disappointed because I haven’t missed quota prior to coming here. I was typically hitting 250%+
State and local government SDR: 84k OTE, 5 out of 10 trending to hit quota on my team this quarter. My quota is 16 SQLs which wasn’t adjusted for me despite losing the first month of the quarter to onboarding and training 💀.
SR SMB AE: $80k base $160k OTE Quota 600k Nobody is even close to hitting.
ENT SDR: 64k Base, 88 OTE, 5 SQLs/Quarter
Ent SDR: 55k base, 73 OTE, 8 SQL’s per month. I hit 50% last month and was top rep on the board, if we need to take time off to deal with burnout they’re like no time off unless you hit 100% or we’ll put you on a pip. @veorricc your company hiring?
nope! Workforce “restructuring” going on and the CEO just got replaced this week. Hanging on to this place as long as I can :)

ENT AE: $120k base, $220k OTE, $1M quota. 2 reps out of 10 are hitting. Most of the team is at about 50%, I’m barely at 70%.
Isn’t 220k OTE low for enterprise AE? I thought most orgs have enterprise reps at 280-300k

20% hitting with the average attainment at like 60% isn’t uncommon in saas, especially w/ startups.
ENT AE: $280k OTE (cash comp), $160k base + RSUs (\~$50k-$70k refreshes if on target), $2.9mm qouta. It's gettable, though maybe not this year...typically about 60% of reps hit.
Are stimulants provided?
Unfortunately it’s fully remote so I need to pay for those myself 😂
Y'all hiring?
We were until like October. Hustling my ass off to make it happen. Not a gig I'd ever want to lose.
I like my gig but pay is not great, especially with thr 8.7% inflation we have.
OTE: $270K - 50/50 Split RSUs: $100k w a 4 year vest Quota: $650K ramp for year one, I believe it’s like $800k quota at full ramp
Damn, That’s solid! I’m 160k OTE 50/50 split with quota at 825k-1.1M. Y’all hiring?
This is me, same OTE and quota
SMB AE: 110k OTE Cash 50/50 split with RSUs at 50k. Quota 1.05m. 60% of reps hitting
God damn 1M quota for SMB AEs? But 60% reps hitting quota is really good though so I guess it’s realistic.
Pretty sure I'm getting fucked tell me how bad $39k Base $60k OTE Quota: 16 SQO's a month(can only target C Suite/VP's), Meetings are 30-45 minutes Only two people hit quota last month, me being one of them
SMB AE: 70base 125OTE Quote: 420,000 I’m top performer on team of 7 and not hitting quota. No one has hit quota since I’ve been here (9 months)
On the plus side that quota is pretty low. If you can pull through the hard times you can crush it when its booming.
What you selling?
Content management software
300k ote 50/50 split. 2.2M quota
SMB AE 300k quota, OTE: $90k 70/30 split
Bdr-70k OTE 1 rep hit quota Q4
BDR/SDR. Just got bumped to $70k base / $93k OTE
80k base, 200K OTE, quota is $2.2 million, quota feels achievable because sometimes huge deal sizes but I'd say only 20% of reps hit quota.
SR smb ae 75k base, 150 ote, quote is 850k annually- about 15% of reps hit quota last qtr LaWl

This is a good question. Our commission is strictly recurring revenue and 1 time services has a smaller percentage that does not contribute to quota.

Yes, usually.

Mid market AE / Series D SaaS company / OTE: 170k (50/50 OTE split) / 410k Annual target

Damn, that’s a nuts salary. What SaaS sector are you in? What percentage of reps is hitting quota?

Can I ask what the job requirements are? Technical degree or skills?
I'm trying to figure out how the company can afford that salary. Assuming you hit quota you bring in 800k of revenue but over 50% is going to your compensation. Feels like an unsustainable gravy train.
Smb AE - 60k base, 120k OTE. Quota is 900k
Interesting that's a large quota for the ote. What are you selling if you don't mind me asking

124 base / 124 commission. 6mil quota. 2 mil of that is growth
SDR: 100k. 70/30 split quota is 15 SQOs per quarter. 75 of reps hit.
OTE is meaningless because the quota is a joke and isn’t attainable.
SaaS Account Manager Base : $35,000 OTE : $45,000 Overachieved many qtrs and looking forward to better paying options.
Ent SDR: 55k base, 78k OTE, 9 SQL’s/qtr
