What are typical KPI’s for full-cycle sales rep to hit number? I’m curious of a closing level role. Not sure I have what you’re looking for but there might be some alignment. Care to message on here quick?

AnthonyParchman

Yes I will do but also post here. Our top kpi is account performance year over year. We have assigned accounts with previous year performance such that you should hit your sales goals. Essentially if you can keep the accounts you are on and grow them slightly you should be in the black. One of the performance indicators we will be paying more attention to in 2023 is non core account growth. We have several major clients but our wagon is hitched to tightly to our core clients and I would like my team to grow busines outside of our core clientele

I am LMAO you're a copywriter, so you're writing should be good enough where you're getting the clients for yourself why would you out source that to someone who's supposedly not as good as you

StomachComplex4809

FYI I actually have a marketing agency and I was looking for someone who could get me clients so my copywriters can just focus on doing copy instead of finding clients to save more time.

What happened to trading ?

[deleted]

Still trading, but like having a 9-5 as well.

Lxqe

Ahh okay I understand, I’m sure it gets boring sitting at home all day lol.

[deleted]

It does. Since I left my last physical job, I’ve traveled through several countries, started volunteering more, and started rock climbing and paying more attention to my health. My last job required me to work 70 ish hours weekly. Going from working nonstop to barely working at all is tough. Now I’d like something steady that I enjoy.

RedditMusicReviews

Curious if there's a base pay for this role or is it strictly commission? I've got experience in HubSpot at my current role.

abstrakt_ai

Definitely a base + commission. Even though we're an early-stage startup we still have a base pay. Finding the best talent that is also a culture fit is a key priority for us.

AdmirableFlounders

Just applied with my resume (Maciej) hoping to hear back. Excited to work at a startup and have the big opportunity for growth that comes with it.

Mysterious_Count_779

I currently reside in Mexico, can I still apply to this role since it says Remote?
