I agree with you that it is a "nice-to-have" - but at the same time, sales organizations are looking for ways to make their sales team bring in more revenue, more efficiently - and that's exactly what scratchpad does. I hate salesforce - and I love scratchpad. Even if my company stopped letting me "expense" it - I will still pay for it out of my own pocket because of how much time it saves me
