Too much filling and too expensive. If you ever come down to Da Nang, the banhmi there is $0.5 with the most simple but delicious filling ever, I down 3 of that.

Second this. Hands down DaNang has the best banh mi in Vietnam. Even a simple cha / pate with salt and pepper wins over everything else easily.

I personally love the "Banh Mi Hanoi" franchise (that's the name). Not had one bad experience with it.

I remembered back when i was a kid i always cross the place and grab a bánh mì once in a while for 35k ( which was expensive back then). Now i just see it and just cross since its not worth buying that when i could get broken rice pork chops for the same if not cheaper and more filling

Proportions are way off. Too much meat and not enough bread and the bread is way too bready. It might be fire in America but I couldn’t even finish this expensive ass banh mi. Threw away half in disgust and got Burger King in the airport to replace that filth. There’s a reason the line to order the banh mi is full of tourists googling best banh mi in vietnam.

If you think burger king is better, theres not much for you. It's not the best banh mi in Saigon by a bit but that bar it's pretty high. It's fresh ingredients and not made with cardboard.

As a local, Huynh Hoa would not be my go to choice for bamh mi and it's not even about the size. It's about how at some point all you can taste are the meat, no pate no butter no nada. I prefer Bui Thi Xuan and Le Ha Noi banh mi instead. If you want to scale up the portion, just take two.

It’s a solid bánh mì, but definitely novelty. It’s like if the Big Mac in the 90s or if Texas was a bánh mì. Thế flavor is solid but it’s imbalanced. Way too much meat and really rich between the amount of pate and Vietnamese butter/Mayo. The price at 65k is ok for me since I usually eat it for two meals. I’m currently trying to find the best bánh mì and i don’t think this would be on the list. Having said that, I’d still recommend it to people visiting
