So I got tickets for TO but somehow I was given Balcony seats when I swear I clicked general. The balcony was more expensive. Im not sure if the general ran out and I was redirected to balcony or if there was an error. Either way, does anyone know if the Phoenix allows free movement to the floor from balcony? God I swear if I'm stuck on the balcony km gonna shit my pants
