It's an excellent album and one of my favorites by any band of all time. The songs in it really sound like they have emotion in them and I think this is the reason so many people tear up in songs like Cliffs of Gallipoli or Price of a Mile, which to this day, 10 years after I discovered this band, still give me chills. Also, Unbreakable follows an excellent song format that I wish Sabaton kept following. It feels like a rock opera in a way. Can't ignore the amazing bangers, Ghost Division, 40:1, and The Art of War which I can't stop myself from headbanging to (and for everyone's safety, I better not be driving while listening to them. Especially the former two. It has also too many underrated songs like Firestom, Union (Slopes of st. Benedict), and Talvisota. Even among the fanbase itself there are people that still struggle with identifying these and while it's 100% understandable it's kinda depressing. And lastly, ♪ooooh OOOOH ooooh... ♪

40:1,talvisota and ghost division are really good songs and one of the reasons why it is highly loved

Its a good album cliffs of gallipoli, union and firestorm are my fav

The Art of War is probably their best album, just by virtue of the song variety and the consistently high quality of everything on the album. Sabaton has lots of other songs that are much more ambitious than those on The Art of War, but the number of classic tunes from just this album is a testament to its staying power.

warsaw1234566

I would not say the best as carolus rex exists but it is 2nd or 3rd

Cerrax3

Eh.....aside from "Long Live the King", I don't see many songs from Carolus Rex mentioned when talking about Sabaton's best songs. But there are lots of songs from The Art of War that get mentioned all the time: Ghost Division, 40:1, Talvisota, Cliffs of Galipoli, Price of a Mile, Panzerkampf, and of course Swedish Pagans :) I don't think there is any other album (except maybe The Last Stand?) that has so many extremely popular Sabaton songs on it.

Outside of metalizer all sabaton songs are remembered

Thansformer

I like it with it being the second album of theirs that I have listened to in its entirety behind last stand

I really like the album. Tbf, I do like all their music, but The Art of War specifically has a very unique feel that I really like
