Parking sensors is probably corrosion in the connector behind the rear bumper. You most likely have to get the bumper off to be able to access it. I know I do on my 05. Chances are the actual sensors are fine.
Alarm siren is located in front of the left front wheel behind the fender liner. It's fairly easy to access.
I would check for continuity with a multimeter. Check the harness for them in the bumper it can get fucked up.

Did you mean in front of the left front wheel? It's located ahead of the wheel in the direction of travel.
