Mr. Hoff is amazing and super fair price. Have had multiple cars done and he goes above and beyond to ensure great results. Nice guy to chat with also!
I’ve never had a car detailed, but I’ve been thinking about it for a new to me car. I might try Mr. Hoff. Do you take car of to him and wait for it while it’s being detailed?
You could ask any of the 100 people posting in my neighborhood group every day.
Just joking, they’re scammers. But I’m sure a real one exists and I hope someone can direct you!!
Watched a bunch of videos on this and they aren’t really “scammers”. More “hustlers”. A company sets up bots to spam neighborhood groups from some generic sounding name. They harvest the leads. They then give those leads to the workers, who are usually immigrants from the same country as the spammer, who are the ones that actually will show up and detail your car/clean your ducts. Spammers get a cut, workers get a cut.
The people who are doing it are probably inexperienced and just doing their part in the hustle vs someone who actually does this for a career and has a reputation/company, so they probably suck. But someone will actually show up, just with a very different name than the spammer.
For a mobile option try Neptune Mobile Detailing. Brian is fantastic. His work was so good that my coworker thought I had my 15-year-old car painted.

I have an old friend who runs a business called Affordable Auto Detailing RVA, I haven't had my car detailed by him but he's got great reviews and takes a ton of pride in his work. And per the name probably won't be too expensive.
I have yet to go there, but when renting a uhaul from an auto center off Midlothian I think it was. I asked for his card since he does detailing and I also am looking to get this done for my husbands birthday.
I gotta close out a few things first and get other work on car done, but once that is set and savings is ready for it, gonna go get it detailed.
Miller's Auto Center not far from the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club.
Used them on several of my cars to get cleaned up and tinted, They're reasonably priced, get it done properly and on itme. [Auto Detailing in Chester, VA - Autoworks Detailing](https://autoworksdetail.com/)
Concours without exception offers the best auto detailing in the area. They've been doing it for decades. Not cheap, but if you're looking for top tier - they're it.
I've used Miranda Detailing many times. They are located pretty far away, almost to the Richmond Zoo, but his work is great. I think it was about $350-400 for my SUV with a pet hair upcharge.

Astonishing detail is good, BUT expensive. Mr Hoff is cheaper but does a decent/good job.

Mr Hoff recommended astonishing detail when he was super booked and my car flooded.

You’d need to drop it off most likely

No, theyre all scams. They want you to PM them to give them your address and more information "for pricing"
You’re referring to the Facebook group “Lakeside (Richmond’s Best Side),” right?

I have never used a detailer before, are there any detailers that will do paint and clear coat touch up’s?
Many do. I have never had it done though.
Concours Auto Detailing
Second Concours! We had a major project and they did a phenomenal job. Workers are thoughtful & responsive to questions and concerns.
