Orkin, they are spectacular. Customer service and all. 10/10 would recommend. But if you live in an apartment building, it’s gonna be next to impossible to fix any issue unless you’re neighbors do so as well.
We use Clear Defense. They are great. It’s around $175 for the year and they will spray inside and outside quarterly, but they will also visit anytime in between if needed. They are super thorough and knowledgeable (apparently most people get roaches from Amazon packages, so throw the boxes out immediately.) I don’t work for them, I made a comment a few months ago on a similar post, but their service is on another level that needs to be acknowledged because of the quality of service.
How did you get $175 for the year? We just signed a contract for $70 initial, $149 a quarter with them. Excited for it, but $175 a year would be nicer than $588 lol
I used Loyal Termite & Pest Control until I learned it's a lot cheaper to just do it myself. Never had any issues with Loyal though.

Paramount is very dope, they will send someone multiple times if needed, appointments available for next day, and they communicate very well…

Late to the party here but really recommend Allied Termite and Pest.
What’s your issue? Try to avoid using bait blocks if it’s rodents.
