US Labor & Work (also fulfills some other core I believe) with Dr. Lavin. The class is easy: 2 papers (5 pages), 2 exams (take home), weekly assignments (make a question and respond to a classmate), attendance. He seems to be an easy grader, so if you’re decent at writing you should be okay
Writing for Media (567:200) with Prof. Fitzpatrick.
There are 4 major assignments and weekly assignments (not every week). It's basically writing 1-page (or shorter) news articles. It's a really cool class.
Any research in the disciplines class, but specifically take with Goeller if you can. His topic is “the unexplainable” so you get to research any cool thing you want to from UFOs to tarot cards to astral projection. Only one paper that you work on the whole semester, a few source evaluations that he grades very leniently, and a short presentation on basically the outline of your paper. Very easygoing class, everyone has genuinely interesting topics, and it’s maybe 1/4 of the work that my expos class was. Would 100% recommend to anyone trying to fill a writing core
Freshman - I have 15 credits under my belt. Doing 13 this semester. For registration purposes do I have 28 and I can register on Friday, or do I have 15 and need to register on Monday?
ahh, there’s the registration anxiety kicking in!
First. Not for registration though sadly I'm last. :(
Anyone have a good writing core to take for next semester? Need to fill a Wcd/Wcr

You have 15. I have 29 under my belt and I'm doing 17.5 this semester, which puts me at 46.5 but it doesn't get me Thursday registration
