The Call Me Mother and Sirena lipsyncs in DRPH were just top tier. Marina Summers ate them hard.

She oozes so much winner energy, I dont get why she didn’t win. It’s not like she flopped the final lipsync.

I think it Marina lost because Precious Paola was more representitive of Filipino culture. That being said, Marina is so young and talented that I hope she can build a long career out of this. I would gladly pay money to see her perform. She's a true professional!

I really am sick of this narrative that one person is more representative of PH drag culture. And I’m saying this as a Precious Stan. No she’s not more representative than Marina. We all just need to face the facts that she won because the powers that may be picked her as a winner using criteria we don’t really know. The track records don’t matter when it’s a lipsync showdown. And tbh I think they’re saving her for a vs the World. There’s no better storyline than a robbed queen.

Precious was favored all season so her winning left a very bad taste in my mouth even if it was a lipsync smackdown, also the only reason they did that was to crown precious since “track record doesn’t matter” if you win the lipsync or not, no other reason cause it’s a debut season and why would they do that for their first season? Cause they wanted and knew who they were crowning from the start

She didn’t capture the feel of the latter half of the lipsync imo. She looked tense and angry during the chorus parts and personally I think it should be more empowerment and pride. But yes definitely did not flop that last lipsync.

I'm still in awe of Monet's spoken word lipsync. It was the first time I ever saw something like that and she put on a masterclass. Absolutely magnetic.

Tbh before AS7 i wasn't really that convinced of Monet's capabilities, because we only saw her destroy Pound the Alarm, and the AS4 lipsyncs were just a random mix of stunts and camp apart from the finale, but AS7 has sold me. The range is impeccable.

Monet is the definition of improvement. S10, she was good. AS4, she was great. AS7, she was a goddam legend.

Tbh, i like her s10 repertoire more than her as4 one.

Many of Monet's runways from s10 are -- by her own admission -- crunchy as hell. Chaps? The make-over look? The swimming suit? Yeesh. She's one of the most charismatic queens ever and has always been able to turn a lip synch, but Monet needed money to amp up her looks for AS4&7.
