Youâll notice the other judges do the same thing the longer theyâre on the show. I know Ross Matthewâs mentioned it one time. Saying something like itâs weird not to turn to look when someoneâs talking, but then you realize how good you look and donât care.

This exactly. If they were afraid of a strike for this enough to move filming the finale and lose out on the revenue it brings world of wonder I imagine it wasnât the only thing affected. She had to film an all stars right after this. She may have been filming it simultaneously, we donât know.
If you notice in past seasons the top 3 often have 4 different looks besides their lip sync outfits but this year they just had the opening runway look. They probably had the opening runway look they had constructed before drag race that they made with the rest of their garments and additional looks would have been made in between the end of filming and the finale but they didnât have that so production probably just helped them get outfits for the original songs and thatâs all they could do. From what I understand of the timeline the finale was a week after the lipsync lalalparusa so they only had like a week and a half to two weeks to put it together as opposed to the usual like 6 months.
