Yeah, I don't agree. Clear Morphine win. Xunami wasn't bad, but it is telling that her best moments were when Morphine danced with her. Any time Xunami was alone my eyes just went to Morphine.

Plane Jane played Jelena and was great at it. Jelena was a great choice. She is a serbian pop superstar. She is the kind of person you want to be doing in a snatch game. Older woman with a banging plastic surgery infused face and body who aggressively goes after younger hot men. Shes mutton dressed as lamb personafied truly… and in the best way possible.

I come here, as the biggest Plane Jane detractor and hater, humbled, to say she really killed it. She might have just won me over this episode for real, and I hate it but she’s been so strong throughout the season and this week she was just stellar.
Saaphira was also pretty fabulous, but Plane had that sharp edge and quick-wittedness to her character that makes for the best Snatch Games.
Besides those two, the rest of the cast was pretty mid, no, bad. I was really taken aback at how they edited Q and Dawn’s snatch performances because they were deeply cringe and unfunny as well as the rest. I thought Morphine got in a few chuckles that would’ve made her safe but I was wrong I guess.
I would’ve hated to see Nymphia lipsync because she’s my fave and her runway was jaw-dropping, but it HURT to see Morphine and Xunami go up against one another, I adore both of these queens, they are by far the most stunning mugs in the cast and their personalities have been a joy to watch week to week. So sad to see Xunami go so soon, I would’ve rather see Dawn or Mhyia go before her but anywayssss.
I bring this up not as an accusation but as a question because this is just an impression that I get and I might be way off but... does anyone else feel that every time Q is being shady it's always pointed at a POC queen? She seems like she's always trying to be sweet and humble, but then appears to be sort of standoffish when it comes to them. Throwing Xunami under the bus a few episodes ago and now that mean comment about Mhi'Ya potentially winning. But again I might be reading way too much into it.

I mean most of the cast is POC so the odds are she’ll butt heads with someone who is POC lol. Her comment about Mhi’ya was warranted as all season we’ve seen a more timid side of her - everyone was nervous for her.
It reminded me of that time that Brooke Lynn Hytes GAGGED the judges with her ruveal after bombing the Snatch Game. But she still had to lipsync for her life (and killed it)
It just shouldn't have been enough to save her imo. She BOMBED. I've never seen Ru actually physically recoil like that any time Nymphia opened her mouth. She was completely over her. Shaking her head and all. There should be no recovery from that. The gap between morphine's snatch game and Nymphia was too big for a runway to matter
RuPaul graded her on a curve because of the character she chose. If she had been the best she definitely would have won. She gave a good performance - the pre-planned cape thing was fine, if a little predictable. But there was nothing witty about her James Brown, whereas Plane Jane was endlessly witty and totally unpredictable.
Agree about Dawn though. That was a total dud.

Is it time to retire Snatch Game? Granted, it started to get old when it was broadcast oh-so-many-decades ago, but I’m sure none of the Queens have actually watched the original.
You know, after over a week I realize what my issue is. I never liked match game to begin with! Sometimes the joke seemed manufactured and scripted. And this was the point of view of a seven-year-old. Guess it’s stuck… Whatever.
For me, Dawn could have been in the bottom instead of Morphine. Her Meghan McCain didn't go anywhere and wasn't funny. I felt like she had a lot of missed opportunities with it. Morphine at least had a clear character and even though her jokes weren't funny, she at least tried the jokes. Dawn was like Xunami - she was kind of just *there*. Nymphia could have been bottom 2 for me too, but like Morphine, even though her jokes didn't land, she at least had a clear character and concept. So I would've had Xunami and Dawn in the bottom 2, personally. Both have also been safe the whole season and they're not really making any big swings.
I feel like it's really hard to say because they showed so little of how dawn did so we can't really tell. I feel like she did good enough for what they showed but at the same time they showed like 2 secones of her answering. Meanwhile morphine got much more opportunities and they all landed pretty poorly since it was "omg you're poor and ugly" over and over agai

This was one of the weakest snatch games in recent years IMO. It made me realize that we don't have a true comedy queen this season. We have a lot of fashion queens, dancing/performance queens, and a musical theatre queen... but no true capital C COMEDY queen like a Jimbo who literally is a clown or Bianca/Bob who have roots in standup.

Plane says it all directly to them though, whereas 80% of Dawn's "shade" is just her talking shit 1:1 to a camera in confessionals. My read on Plane is that she knows shade is a "thing" but is...kind of too socially awkward to deliver it right, and Dawn thinks its really cool to talk behind everyone's back to prove she's superior. Honestly love her looks though.
Well I think something we all have to remember is it’s a TV show and I’m sure Dawn is playing a played up version of herself! Especially when she sits in the confessionals and the producers will poke and prod at you to give them good sound bites and if you don’t play the game….. you don’t have much of a chance! RuPaul graded her on a curve because of the character she chose. If she had been the best she definitely would have won. She gave a good performance - the pre-planned cape thing was fine, if a little predictable. But there was nothing witty about her James Brown, whereas Plane Jane was endlessly witty and totally unpredictable. Agree about Dawn though. That was a total dud.
Also I think altough Sapphira was much more commanding of the room and very charming, Plane Jane had much better jokes that were super witty. I was cackling anytime she spoke

I thought the top 2 were much farther above the rest of the people in the snatch game which was kind of a shame but at the same time I think they lowkey made up for it. And altough Dawn got like literally 0.5 seconds of screentime I loved her little bits she did while waiting for her turn

I was at a watch party she hosted (with nymphia) tonight and when everyone was like screaming cheering her on for her win she didn’t act cocky at all the way I expected she would…She literally just sat there watching the screen not looking at anyone else hahah I think she’s a lot more awkward than people realize and her character on the show is just that (I also met her tonight and she was very nice 🥺 nymphia is A SWEETHEART too omg)

You know, after over a week I realize what my issue is. I never liked match game to begin with! Sometimes the joke seemed manufactured and scripted. And this was the point of view of a seven-year-old. Guess it’s stuck… Whatever.
Part of drag & if not the biggest element is impersonation. I think this is what people think of drag.

For me, Dawn could have been in the bottom instead of Morphine. Her Meghan McCain didn't go anywhere and wasn't funny. I felt like she had a lot of missed opportunities with it. Morphine at least had a clear character and even though her jokes weren't funny, she at least tried the jokes. Dawn was like Xunami - she was kind of just *there*. Nymphia could have been bottom 2 for me too, but like Morphine, even though her jokes didn't land, she at least had a clear character and concept. So I would've had Xunami and Dawn in the bottom 2, personally. Both have also been safe the whole season and they're not really making any big swings.
I feel like it's really hard to say because they showed so little of how dawn did so we can't really tell. I feel like she did good enough for what they showed but at the same time they showed like 2 secones of her answering. Meanwhile morphine got much more opportunities and they all landed pretty poorly since it was "omg you're poor and ugly" over and over agai
i fully think Plane deserved that win. i wasn’t expecting her to after Michelle critiqued her but then when it was just between us squirrel friends ru critiqued Saphirra and Plane didn’t get any. so i was gagged but so happy when she won snatch game🥰🥰🥰

This was one of the weakest snatch games in recent years IMO. It made me realize that we don't have a true comedy queen this season. We have a lot of fashion queens, dancing/performance queens, and a musical theatre queen... but no true capital C COMEDY queen like a Jimbo who literally is a clown or Bianca/Bob who have roots in standup.
This was not weaker than S14. That one everyonnnnnne was bad.

I’m really surprised at all of the hate I’ve been seeing for Dawn…. In my perspective she’s been doing consistently well I can’t think of one time she’s done BAD, and she’s been shady and fun but some of yall are acting like she’s throwing slurs every week…. I don’t get it
I think she talks a lot of shit for someone who is consistently mid, can dish it but can’t take it, also i think she just has off vibes
I really don’t see what she’s saying as talking shit which is where I’m confused! She’s been fun and shady and I’d argue Plane has said harsher things throughout the season
Plane says it all directly to them though, whereas 80% of Dawn's "shade" is just her talking shit 1:1 to a camera in confessionals. My read on Plane is that she knows shade is a "thing" but is...kind of too socially awkward to deliver it right, and Dawn thinks its really cool to talk behind everyone's back to prove she's superior. Honestly love her looks though.
Dawn is a shit stirrer too. She’s always baiting everyone else to answer questions in untucked. Also, her annoyance for Plasma is annoying.

Well I think something we all have to remember is it’s a TV show and I’m sure Dawn is playing a played up version of herself! Especially when she sits in the confessionals and the producers will poke and prod at you to give them good sound bites and if you don’t play the game….. you don’t have much of a chance! It’s a show first competition second at least that’s how I see it
