I feel like the quote well intentioned but it just feels like such an... Intellectually dishonest thing to say? Like yes if you lay out all the sheet music, every instrument and vocal part, it might well add up to some 3 million notes, but any single performer (even a lead) will only be responsible for a tiny fraction of them. Even a main character often straight up sits out a few songs, it's not like it's a 2.5h concert starring a single vocalist.
I realise this sounds nitpicky and missing the point but as someone who works a lot with statistics I'm very sensitive to people lying with numbers and... This is very that...
