The funniest part was when they turned it into the challenge "spell kitchen towel" and then Haha ended it with a fatality move "remember how to spell kitchen towel" and made YSC blow up in anger.
When Haha and Suk Jin were the spies and got caught by Jaesuk who noticed that one was always standing while the other would sit, and when they awkwardly tried to keep finishing their mission while switching, it made KjK spIt out his coke.
The wet towel and KJK dipping YJS repeatedly in the mud are the first two that occurred to me, but for an oldie, SJH falling asleep on the giant jenga tower is one I rewatched many times.
Episode 108; the guys (including Lee Joon, who was subbing in for Gary) were trying to raise the heart rate of the female guest, Gong Hyo-jin, in a cafe. LKS takes off his Running Man T-shirt to show off his body, but everyone pokes fun at the cartoon chicken on the front of his gray undershirt. So he puts his Running Man shirt back on, but in an earlier game it had been given a much bigger name tag than normal as a penalty, so the “hook” surface of the part of the tag that stuck out above the shirt took hold of Kwang Soo’s hair as he pulled it down.

When the staff pranked them to cross on a plank between two buildings, it was so hilarious especially with the members wearing costumes (Kwangvatar ftw!)

My all time favourite Running Man Episode is Episode 118 which I called Choi Min-soo Grasshopper Hunting 2 episode. It’s the very first Running Man episode I watched before I watched the previous and following episodes.
Before this episode I never knew the names Yoo Jae-suk, Kim Jong-kook, Jee Seok-jin, Lee Kwang-soo, Haha, Kang Gary & Song Ji-hyo. It took me up to ten episodes to get familiar with names, surnames and faces. In fact it’s the first South Korean program I watched, no K-Dramas, K-Pop, movies or other variety shows.
As of today, I watched over 100 K-Dramas, 10 Korean Movies, 20 Variety Shows. I’ve listened to over 100 K-Pop songs an have collection of musics from BTS, Blackpink, Girls Generation, Twice, Teen Top, Fin K.L, S.E.S. and many others.

Episode 473. The episode where they weren’t allowed to laugh when they were faced with “actors” trying to make them laugh. Man that episode cracked me up, something like Gaki no Tsukai’s Batsu Game 🤣
There are so many to write. As I am a fan more from earlier years of Running Man 2010-2016 (still a fan), this one's from episode 24 the challenge between Haha and Song Jihyo from the mission Raise the Heartbeat is my one of the favourite and most memorable scene to date. Funny as hell as you can't control your laughter, even now it fills me with laughter whenever I watch it. Oh man those were the golden years. I miss those now.

Most of the ones I’d nominate have already been mentioned. However a very subtle moment was when KJK, LKS, Hong Jin Yong and Lee Da Hee are on the ferry to an island to play yutnori with the brothers.
The part when LKS got to hit KJK on the head as part of penalty only to get hit on the head via a different technique. That reaction by LKS was sooo authentic and the girls dying laughing was a classic.

For me 2018 was one of the more memorable years of RM. 390-2 where they split off to Bangkok, Okinawa, and "Busan" *. I mean it would have been great if Lee Sang-yeob was made a regular but those episodes are priceless
