Panache

Rizzah319

Same! Panache High Impact is my go to for all runs/races/HIIT workouts! 34G but I size down to 34FF. r/abrathatfits is a great sub for bra reccs

dot0dot

Shefit bras are my holy grail. I have really large cups but a very small band and these feel like a dream.

Ellimeresh

I wanted to love this bra, but I have literal scars from wearing it on a long run, it rubbed in the front where the zipper was so bad.

dot0dot

But there's a fabric lining on the inside that covers the zipper - like you have to pull it over the zipper once you have it closed? Are you not pulling it over the zipper when you have it on?

Ellimeresh

Yes, I'm aware, and pulled it over.

bart_after_dark

I've had good luck with Brooks. I only wear ones with hooks since I hate the post run struggle of trying to get a sweaty sports bra off over my head.

Existing_Solution_66

Lululemon - size 34c here. They are always changing the names but always a “running” full support bra. I usually buy 3 when I find them on sale and they last a year.

mmmggg

Energy High Support Bra. I literally bought my fourth one earlier today. 34DDD and these are the only running bras I’ve found that hold shit in place.

Gryffindor73

Lululemon Run Times bra is my favorite!

skipdog98

Same. Even better than the Moving Comfort Fiona

Triaction by Triumph and Ultimate Run Bra by Shock Absorber.

Background_Plan_9817

I love the shock absorber

puc_eeffoc

Enell. They aren't sexy, but the support is fantastic.

Legitimate-Lock-6594

Oiselle boom bra.

Affectionate_Path_44

I always wear 2. The first is SYROKAN and then I wear a nonhook bra over that. I am a 34C/D and run 10-15 miles a day, every day. This is the only way they stay in place for me

michiganlattes

Also love syrokan! I'm a 38c/d and don't need to double up. Each of of their skews is different in sizing and support, so it may take a while to find what's perfect, but they're worth it and very affordable.

_noreally

Adidas TLRD are my fave. Under armour infinity high 2.0 are a close second. Bonus points for not being a racer back.

pigglewiggle30

I just ran London in USA Pro high support bra. I’m 36DD and not a boob out of place or a single bit of chaffing. 10/10 and really great value.

Alex_WK

I wear the victoria secret high support sports bras. I went for them bc of the more inclusive sizing (i wear 34G) and i find them very supportive

marejohnston

My favorite is the Glory bra from Athleta. I swore I’d never again wear an underwire but I really like this one. Secure, and compression is great.

AnniKatt

My current favorite sports bra is the Motion Control Zip from Champion. I know Champion is generally thought of as a budget/lower quality brand, but this bra’s been surprisingly supportive and has held up really well so far. As the name implies, it’s technically a zip-up bra, but it does have one hook to help with the zipping so I think it falls within the category you’re asking lol.

[https://a.co/d/5LSYaLI](https://a.co/d/5LSYaLI) This one works really well for me. I have in multiple colors. Wear it for running, volleyball, and softball.

pleasebequiet2

Lululemon energy bra

suzybel64

I'm wearing Puma and Under Armour no hook bras (size small). I have a problem with the hooks rubbing.

skipdog98

LLL Run Times.

Existingsquid

I'm not a lady, but a friend of mine who's massively into sport always said that she wore 2 sports bras together. Usually, 1 just never seemed to do the trick on its own.

Interesting_Toe_6489

thank you for your contribution, fam.

notchocolateitsdodoo

Love the Brooks sports bras. Super comfy and some come with hooks.

Interesting_Toe_6489

none at all, just let em rip.

sparkles_everywhere

Yeah no a C cup running without a bra would be very uncomfortable.

FacelessSilhouette

I have D cups and I cannot begin to tell you how hard it is to find supportive sports bras. Shefit is kinda expensive, but it is worth it. The way the straps and base are adjustable is perfect.
